More pasta
La Dolce Vita on Preston now has a gluten-free pasta menu, in addition to the pizzas. Tried the lasagna. Not bad!

Bella Vista has a pretty good gluten free pizza and the price is right. We loved the baked fetuccini, it was amazing. It's in a strip mall, a tiny bit hard to find, but look for it, it is really worth it (especially for that much needed restaurant pasta experience).
Have you tried Murray Street yet? It's the BEST restaurant experience we have had in a very long time!
I've tried the pizza at both Dolca Vita and Bella Vista.. and i think so far my favourite is Bella Vista..
Also wanted to mention a little trick i figured out.. if you microwave GF free bread (either frozen or thawed) for a few seconds JUST until it is soft (do not overzap) it helps restore some of the "squishy bread" texture
